Interested bidders must attach documentary evidence of the following;
a) Certificate of Registration
b) Copy of VAT and PIN certificate from KRA
c) KRA current tax compliance certificate
d) Current single business permit
e) Dully filled form of tender
f) Detailed company profile
g) Three letters of recommendation from your current corporate clients
h) Copy of original ZTTI payment receipt for bought documents
i) Reference list of organizations served
j) Bidders under reserved category should have relevant registration certificates
k) Bidders applying for tenders in insurance services must attach current certificate from the Insurance Regulation Authority (IRA).
l) Bidders applying for tenders in food services must attach Public Health Certificate from the Ministry of Health.
Tender documents with detailed specifications may be obtained from The Procurement office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Ksh.1000. Alternatively, the document may be downloaded free of charge from ZTTI website by visiting www.ziwatti.ac.ke
Duly completed tender forms in plain sealed envelopes bearing specific tender number and item should be addressed to the undersigned or
be deposited in the tender box at the Reception area of ZTTI on or before 8th JUNE 2021. at 10:00 am.
Tenders will be opened in the Institute conference room soon after closing in presence of bidders or representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be returned
